**Terms of Service - Olive & Cradle Gift Card Redemption**

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the redemption of gift cards purchased on the Olive & Cradle website (oliveandcradle.com) and can only be redeemed for purchases made on oliveandcradle.com. By purchasing or using an Olive & Cradle gift card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. **Redemption**: Olive & Cradle gift cards can only be redeemed for merchandise purchases made on oliveandcradle.com. They cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another account.

2. **Validity**: Gift cards do not expire. However, Olive & Cradle reserves the right to deactivate or reject any gift card issued or procured fraudulently.

3. **Non-Transferable**: Gift cards are non-transferable. The person redeeming the gift card must be the same person who received it or who purchased it.

4. **Restrictions**: Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. They cannot be resold or exchanged for cash except where required by law.

5. **No Refunds**: Gift cards are non-refundable, except where required by law. Once purchased, the value on the gift card cannot be exchanged or refunded.

6. **Lost or Stolen Cards**: Olive & Cradle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat them like cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.

7. **Limitations**: Olive & Cradle reserves the right to limit the quantity of gift cards that can be purchased by a single customer and to refuse service to any customer for any reason at any time.

8. **Modification of Terms**: Olive & Cradle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the oliveandcradle.com website.

9. **Governing Law**: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
