We have a 30-day return policy
Condition of Returned Items: Please refrain from returning items that are not in sellable condition, such as those that have been worn, washed, or damaged. We are not able to accept returns on custom orders or orders that have been in any way altered per customer request. Regrettably, we are unable to resell or donate items in this condition.
Missing or Lost Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, Olive & Cradle is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or undelivered packages. Customers must work directly with the carrier regarding delivery issues.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the package is returned to us or officially deemed lost by the carrier. Please select "signature at delivery" if packages are frequently missing/lost to your address.
Items not eligible for Return: Kindly note that we are unable to accept returns on the following items: infant teether toys, crochet toys, clearance items, and gift cards.
Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order included "free shipping," the actual shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund amount upon return.
Free Shipping on Orders over $125: For orders that qualify for free shipping due to a total exceeding $125, the shipping fee will be deducted from the return amount if the returned items bring the final order total below $125.
Exchanges
To start a return/exchange, simply click on the return/exchange option in your order history. A prepaid, non refundable return label ($7 depending on weight) will be provided once the exchange/return is initiated.
Need a super quick exchange? No problem! We can help with same day exchanges. Just click the Return/exchange button in your order and send us a message with the details of the exchange. Follow the return process and let us know once you've dropped off the return. We can ship your exchange on the same day we receive the drop-off confirmation.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
