As a small family-owned brand, we care deeply about understanding the materials that go into our clothing and how they are processed.

Our baby clothing and materials have been independently tested by third-party laboratories for applicable U.S. children’s product safety requirements, including areas such as lead, cadmium, regulated phthalates, flammability and physical safety. Our 2026 baby clothing testing received an overall PASS result, with lead and cadmium reported as not detected at the laboratory’s detection limits.

We have also traced our cotton yarn farther upstream. The raw undyed cotton yarn used by several of our main yarn suppliers holds OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, Product Class I certification for baby articles. Because the yarn is later dyed by independent companies, we are continuing to investigate and test the finished colored yarn as well.

Although we do not currently carry Certified Organic labels on our clothing, SGS testing found no detectable pesticide residues among the substances tested. We view this as encouraging additional information about the cotton used in our supply chain, while continuing to pursue even greater material traceability and certified organic options.

We believe transparency means being careful with the claims we make. Our goal is simple: natural, thoughtfully made clothing supported by testing, documentation and a supply chain we continue to understand more deeply.
